Delta Junction's local health clinic can provide initial screening and referrals for children with developmental concerns. Comprehensive autism evaluations require travel to Fairbanks (~100 miles northwest) or Anchorage. The Southeast Fairbanks Census Area is sparsely populated with extremely limited specialist availability.
