Providence Alaska Medical Center provides in-state developmental evaluations, though many families travel to Seattle Children's Hospital for specialized care. PARENTS Inc. (Alaska's federally funded PTI) is especially critical given Alaska's vast geography and extremely limited provider network. The UAA Center for Human Development (Alaska's UCEDD) supports rural and remote families statewide. Alaska requires commercial insurance to cover ABA therapy.
