Life coaching · Becky Fry

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Becky Fry is a certified life coach who helps moms of autistic kids stop feeling overwhelmed — and start feeling like themselves again.

“You don’t have to change your circumstances to feel better.
You can start feeling better right now.”

— Becky Fry, certified life coach & autism mom

Becky spent years feeling overwhelmed while parenting her son with special needs — even as others praised what a great job she was doing. She knows what it feels like to be consumed by all things autism while quietly running on empty.

After discovering the power of mindset coaching, she trained at The Life Coach School and built a practice named after her son Bridger — Unabridged, meaning complete. Now she helps other autism moms do the same.

What coaching gives you

Practical tools for the life you’re already living

Manage the mental load

Learn to calm your mind even when your circumstances stay hard. You'll build tools that work in the parking lot, the IEP meeting, and 2 a.m.

Release self-blame

The guilt you're carrying isn't helping your child. You'll learn to let it go — not because things are perfect, but because you are already enough.

Find joy on purpose

Joy isn't waiting for things to settle down. Becky teaches you to find it right now, in the life you already have.

What moms say
