Find Your People

The right community can change everything. We’ve curated the best online spaces for autism families — vetted for positivity, accuracy, and genuine support.

A note on curation

We only include communities that are neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based, and genuinely supportive. We exclude groups that promote pseudoscientific treatments, use harmful language, or frame autism as something to be cured.
