Bartlett Regional Hospital is Juneau's primary hospital and the main healthcare facility for Southeast Alaska's capital city. Pediatric providers here can initiate developmental screening and referrals. Comprehensive autism evaluations typically require travel — Juneau has no road connection, so families fly to Anchorage or Seattle.

The Juneau ILP serves infants and toddlers birth to 3 with developmental delays in the Juneau Borough. Alaska's Part C program is free for eligible children and delivered in natural environments. Juneau's isolation makes the local ILP especially important for families in Southeast Alaska.
