Utah's statewide early intervention system (IDEA Part C) for children birth to 3 with developmental delays or disabilities. Carbon County families are served through its local contractor, the South East Early Intervention Program in Price. Use this as the statewide entry point; the local USU-run office delivers services in Carbon County. Phone number listed is the state Baby Watch line; verify current number on the official page.

Part C provider for Utah's Baby Watch Early Intervention Program. Their site states they serve families living in Washington County, San Juan County, and the Arizona Strip. Free evaluation and service coordination (sliding-scale fee in Utah, waived under 185% poverty). Serves children under 3 with developmental delays or conditions linked to delay, including autism, with home/natural-environment visits.
