The designated public/Medicaid mental health provider for Carbon, Emery, and Grand Counties, with a Carbon County office at 28 S. 100 E., Price, UT. Offers youth and family outpatient therapy, behavior management, case management, psychosocial rehabilitation (skills development for children/adolescents), and psychiatric medication management.
