Public health office physically located in Millard County at 362 West Main, Suite 1, Delta. Staff include an early intervention speech-language pathologist plus public health nursing and lactation support. The closest in-county point of contact for developmental delay and early intervention services for young children.

ABS Kids
ABA therapy provider serving all ages. The Utah DHHS CSHCN official ABA provider list (updated 4/21/2026) explicitly lists Richfield among ABS Kids' service areas, so it reaches Sevier County families. The only behavioral health office physically located in Piute County (550 N. Main, Junction). Central Utah Counseling Center is the regional Medicaid behavioral health authority serving Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier, and Wayne counties. Provides mental health counseling, individual and group therapy, and telehealth appointments. Serves clients regardless of ability to pay, with sliding-scale fees. Useful for co-occurring anxiety/depression/behavioral support; confirm autism-specific services directly.
