SUU Baby Watch Early Intervention (Southern Utah University)

University-run Baby Watch early intervention program for children birth to age 3 with developmental delays or diagnosed conditions. Its official service area explicitly lists Beaver County (along with Iron, Garfield, and Kane), with services delivered in-home/in-community. Free initial evaluation; includes OT, PT, speech/language, and service coordination. This is the most clearly confirmed provider physically serving Beaver County.
