The only behavioral health office physically located in Piute County (550 N. Main, Junction). Central Utah Counseling Center is the regional Medicaid behavioral health authority serving Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier, and Wayne counties. Provides mental health counseling, individual and group therapy, and telehealth appointments. Serves clients regardless of ability to pay, with sliding-scale fees. Useful for co-occurring anxiety/depression/behavioral support; confirm autism-specific services directly.
