For early intervention, contact SoonerStart, Oklahoma's birth-to-three program. The Oklahoma Parents Center is the state's PTI center, providing free IEP and special education support. Oklahoma's DD waiver services have historically had long waitlists. Oklahoma DHS also offers the Family Support Assistance Program which provides smaller benefit amounts for families while on the waiver waitlist.
