La Paz Regional Hospital in Parker is La Paz County's primary hospital on the Colorado River. For autism evaluations, families typically travel to Yuma (~100 miles south) or Phoenix (~150 miles east). Telehealth with Phoenix Children's or SARRC is the most practical first step for this very rural desert county.
