Greenlee County is Arizona's least populous county, centered around the copper mining community of Morenci. Health services are limited — the company-run Morenci clinic provides primary care, and autism evaluations require travel to Safford (Graham County, ~45 miles) or Tucson. Telehealth is the most practical option for diagnostic evaluation.

Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center — Developmental Referrals

Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center in Safford is Graham County's primary hospital in the Gila Valley. For autism evaluations, families typically travel to Tucson (~110 miles) or Phoenix (~160 miles) for comprehensive assessments. Telehealth with UA's Sonoran UCEDD or Phoenix Children's is the recommended first step.
