Does autism qualify?

Autism qualifies as a developmental disability. Onset must be before age 22, and TennCare eligibility is required.

How the waiting list works

Tennessee compares well nationally: roughly 1,750 people were reported waiting, against 22,000 in Florida and over 130,000 on Texas's largest list. ECF CHOICES was designed around employment and community participation rather than institutional alternatives, and self-referral means you do not need a professional to open the door for you.
