WhidbeyHealth Medical Center in Coupeville is the primary hospital for Island County on Whidbey Island. For autism evaluations, families access Seattle Children's or UW Medical Center via the Clinton-Mukilteo ferry (most common route). Naval Air Station Whidbey Island families can also use TRICARE-covered services through base and off-base providers.
The Clinton-Mukilteo ferry is the primary route to mainland Seattle providers. NAS Whidbey families: TRICARE covers developmental referrals through your PCM.
