BSA Health System and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo serve Randall County families with pediatric developmental services and autism evaluation referrals. Canyon (Randall County seat) is immediately adjacent to Amarillo, making full Amarillo specialist access routine. Texas Tech TTUHSC's Department of Pediatrics is the academic hub for Panhandle autism evaluation.
