Texas requires commercial insurers to cover ABA. Ask your insurer specifically about telehealth ABA options — Hall County's distance from major cities makes this the most practical first step.

Partners Resource Network — Texas PTI

Partners Resource Network serves Hall County families with free IEP advocacy and IDEA rights support. In very small, rural districts like Memphis ISD, PRN's expertise is especially important to ensure federal special education obligations are being met.
