Children's Medical Center Dallas — Autism Evaluation
Fannin County families in Bonham travel approximately 70 miles south to Children's Medical Center Dallas for comprehensive autism evaluations. Children's Health is one of the premier developmental-behavioral pediatrics centers in Texas, offering multidisciplinary autism assessments.
Dallas is the closest major evaluation hub for Fannin County. Sherman/Denison (Grayson County) is closer and has some regional pediatric services — ask your pediatrician about local referral options.

Texoma Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Program
Texas ECI services for infants and toddlers 0–3 in Grayson County, coordinated through the Texoma region's ECI network. Free developmental evaluations and early intervention for children at risk for autism or developmental delay. Bilingual services may be available.
ECI is FREE for all eligible Texas children 0–3 regardless of income. Ask your pediatrician or call 1-800-628-5115 to refer.

Action Behavior Centers — Sherman/Denison Area
Action Behavior Centers has expanded into North Texas markets. Fannin County families can access ABA services in the Sherman-Denison corridor (Grayson County) or DFW metro. BCBA-supervised clinic and in-home ABA available under Texas's commercial insurance ABA mandate.
Sherman is approximately 20 miles west of Bonham in adjacent Grayson County — check for the nearest ABC clinic location serving the Texoma region.
