Comanche County Medical Center provides primary care and can coordinate developmental screening referrals. Families needing comprehensive autism evaluations are referred to Brownwood Regional Medical Center (~35 miles west) or to larger centers in Abilene or Fort Worth.
Brownwood (~35 miles west) and Stephenville (~50 miles northeast) are the closest regional hubs. Fort Worth Cook Children's is ~120 miles north for tertiary evaluations.
