St. Charles Madras — Developmental Services
St. Charles Health System operates a clinic in Madras serving Jefferson County families. Complex autism evaluations are referred to St. Charles Medical Center in Bend (approximately 45 miles) or OHSU in Portland. Indian Health Service (IHS) services are also available for Warm Springs tribal members.
Jefferson County includes the Warm Springs Reservation — IHS services are available to enrolled tribal members alongside Oregon's mainstream autism resources.
