Marietta sits at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers on the West Virginia border. Akron Children's Hospital and WVU Medicine in Parkersburg, WV are also accessible for Washington County families. Telehealth from Columbus-based specialists is the most practical pathway for comprehensive autism evaluation.
Parkersburg WV (WVU Medicine) is across the Ohio River and may be practical for some Washington County families. Columbus is ~115 miles northwest. Telehealth strongly recommended.
