Critical access hospital in Berlin providing primary pediatric care for Coos County families. Very limited specialist capacity — families needing autism evaluations will almost certainly travel to Concord, Manchester, Lebanon, or across state lines to Maine or Vermont.
Coos County is extremely rural. Expect significant travel (2–3 hours) for specialist evaluation. Ask about telehealth options with Dartmouth Health or MaineHealth.
