Barrett Memorial Hospital in Dillon is Beaverhead County's only hospital, serving one of the most remote counties in the contiguous United States. There are no local autism specialists; families typically travel to Salt Lake City, UT (4+ hrs) or Missoula (2.5 hrs) for evaluations. Telehealth is the most practical near-term option.
