Christiana Care Health System, just across the Delaware border, is the most accessible major health system for Cecil County families seeking developmental and autism evaluations. The Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children (Nemours) is also nearby in Wilmington, offering nationally recognized pediatric care for complex autism presentations.
Delaware border proximity means Wilmington and Philadelphia specialists are often more practical than Baltimore for Cecil County families.
