St. Luke's Elmore in Mountain Home provides pediatric care for Elmore County including the Mountain Home Air Force Base community. Full autism diagnostic evaluations are referred to Boise (~45 min). Military families should also explore Tricare-covered evaluations through TRICARE providers in the Boise area.
