Sprouts (ages 0-4) Sprigs (ages 4-6) Explorers (ages 7-12) Trailblazers (ages 13-18) 1:1 therapy designed to nurture the child’s growth Service settings: Center, Home, and Community Coordination of Care: We offer occupational, physical, and speech to be administered in our center through external providers. Family Guidance: Regular sessions to help parents/caregivers learn ABA therapy techniques to apply at home and see progress of their child during their therapy sessions. Insurance Snapshot: Commercial plans accepted include Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna/Evernorth, Tricare, and United Behavioral Health. Medicaid plans accepted, excluding TennCare UHC.
